At BR & S Exclusive Extra’s we offer superior handmade Arts and Crafts at the most competitive prices. Our art is always hand crafted individually. This means that the item you order will be unique and there may be slight differences between the item which you receive and the picture on our website. We will strive to provide you with the closest possible replication of the picture viewed in our gallery but we do ask that you make provision for slight variations due to the uniqueness of the art.

In the event that a product arrives damaged at the point of destination, the customer may request a replacement of that order. However, we will require the original parcel to be sent back to us in order to process the insurance claim on the product/parcel. A replacement item will only be resent once the insurance payment for the damaged parcel has been paid. Should you wish to cancel an order placed on our server, and we have not yet shipped the parcel, the order will be cancelled and your credit card reimbursed, at a handling and processing fee of 15 %. This will be reflected when we reimburse your credit card

We offer our customers the following payment options:

1. Direct internet transfer for this customers are required to make use of our banking details which appear during checkout
    

2. Payment by bank guaranteed cheque, which can be posted to our contact address in Pretoria. All customer information made available to BR & S Exclusive Extra’s will only be used to process the order e.g. shipping, handling, delivery etc. None of the data issued will be used for any other purpose by BR & S Exclusive Extra’s or any other third party, with the prior permission of BR & S Exclusive Extra’s.

Shipping takes place within five (5) working days of having placed an order. Depending upon the product (size, weight, shape) it will take approximately three (4) weeks by airmail to be delivered to our address.

Most products are sent by airmail, but in the case of very large items it is advisable to make use of shipping, due to cost considerations. This process might take between 6 and 12 weeks, depending upon your country’s zoning -as determined by the South African Postal Service.

However, should you not have any qualms about cost, we can send it by airmail or UPS it to your doorstep at the quickest possible time. Please contact us by email should you wish to individualise your shipping.

The prices indicated are for air freight parcels and are calculated on a weight system, with a standardised minimum weight of 500g
